Throughout the Pilates At Work programme, the focus is on practical exercises

Each Pilates At Work programme is specifically tailored for your workplace
and needs no special exercise equipment, simply a clear floor area such as a conference or meeting room.
The programme usually runs over a course of 5 weekly sessions. It is through regular practice that clients can really begin to see and feel positive changes. Group sizes are generally from 8 to 12 people.
In addition, we can offer individual sessions and workshops on specific
areas such as relaxation techniques, stress management, posture clinics and on site massage.
